📖 This Week's Story

Before we begin our Lenten journey, there's something important we need to do: ask for forgiveness. Jesus taught us: "If you forgive others, God will forgive you too." Sometimes we say things that hurt our friends. Sometimes we're not kind to our brothers or sisters. Asking for forgiveness means saying: "I'm sorry. I know I hurt you. Will you forgive me?" In Armenian, we say "Ners" — forgive me. And when someone asks us for forgiveness, we say: "Asdvadz nerse" — God forgives. Isn't that beautiful? We don't hold grudges. We let go and start fresh.
