📖 This Week's Story

In the Armenian Church, we have a beautiful ceremony called "Jrorhnek" — the Blessing of Water. After Christmas, the priest blesses water to remember Jesus's baptism. He dips a cross into the water and prays. People take this holy water home. The blessed water reminds us that through baptism, we are all connected to Jesus. Water is a gift from God — it cleans us, helps plants grow, and gives us life. When the priest blesses the water, he is asking God to make it special and holy.
