📖 This Week's Story

CHRIST IS RISEN! "Krisdos haryav ee merelots!" This is it — the happiest day of the entire year! On Sunday morning, the women went to Jesus's tomb... and it was EMPTY! An angel told them: "He is not here. He is risen!" Jesus conquered death! He is alive! And because he lives, we know that love is stronger than anything — stronger than sadness, stronger than fear, even stronger than death. In Armenian churches, we greet each other with the most beautiful words: "Krisdos haryav ee merelots!" And the answer is: "Orhnyal eh harootyoonuh Krisdosee!" — "Blessed is the resurrection of Christ!" Let's shout it together!
